Upon joining the team, I collaborated with the Engineering Manager, Product Manager, and Customer Support to understand the team goals which were:

• Improve transaction import reliability. Accounting transaction accuracy was the #1 complaint from users who left the product for several years running.
• Streamline the bank connect user experience. By eliminating the need to re-enter financial details for every adopted product.
