For Design

• Incorporated a Design Systems Reviews into our Product Design Process
• Socialized our design system to the design team and larger engineering team
• Started a design systems channel where anyone could get help or ask questions
• Used our design tools to link directly to developer documentation
• Put together guidelines in our design tool, Figma, for easier access

For Engineering

• Implemented “style lint” rules
  • Plainly put they are checks that scan code for common errors. The error message links to our front-end guidelines.
• Ensured all our coded components were responsive
• Utilized the “Documentation link” in Figma components so developers had easy access to the code component
• Promoted and encouraged our design systems channel for questions and code reviews
